Account responsibilities

Acceptable platform use

Chargebacks, money laundering, and attempts to conceal the origin of funds are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

We reserve the right to withhold, suspend or reclaim funds and close accounts where we reasonably suspect rule breaches, dishonest behaviour or attempts to manipulate outcomes or bonuses.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these general terms. Eligibility, wagering requirements, contribution rates by game type, maximum bet limits while wagering and expiry periods will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Failure to comply with promotion terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings. We may withdraw, modify or refuse any promotion at our discretion where abuse or technical error is suspected.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are usually processed instantly; withdrawals may require additional checks and are processed in line with the selected method.
